The glazes and decorations of Ceramica Vietri Antico are produced by following local techniques of old-fashioned workmanship, such as the techniques used to create the ceramiche 'mpetenate, special tiles with a vitrified surface, are an important addition to this factory's production, adding luminosity and brilliance.
The special white glaze, Schiuma di Mare, is a precious blend that is composed with local costal sand.

On this white base, adding natural pigments the rich variety of the Ceramica Vietri Antico line brightens of brilliant sky colours, which blend with the profound sea, and of sand colours of our local beaches.

The decorations, all hand-painted on the unfired glaze in accordance with the traditional ceramic techniques from Vietri, enrich with spontaneity and creativity the luminous and shiny surfaces of these ceramics, like the Rigati and the Floralia Collection expression of power and splendour of nature.
